KRVT Programs bring hundreds to the Trail in 2009
2009 marked the first full year of programming on the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail. A grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation allows us to plan programs for users of all ages and backgrounds, promoting exercise, local history and conservation. In 2009 Trail Program Director Kyle Lewis and his staff worked closely with many community organizations including the Kalamazoo Junior Girls, the Douglas Community Association, Woodward Elementary School, and the Kalamazoo Nature Center.
